Processing Time

Orders ship within 2–4 business days. Limited drops may require additional processing time.

Shipping

Standard U.S. shipping available. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

Lost Packages

Once your package is marked delivered by the carrier, Atelier Urban is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

All sales are final.

We only replace or exchange items if: you received the wrong item, your item arrived damaged, or there was a manufacturing defect.

Customers have 7 days after delivery to contact us regarding an issue.

Refunds are only issued if: we cannot fulfill your order, or a verified defect is found.

No refunds for: wrong size ordered, buyer remorse, or worn/washed garments.
